Remodeling Arvada Homes Since 2007
Remodel Pro Colorado is a veteran-owned remodeling contractor based in Arvada, CO, handling bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, basement finishing, garage conversions, and general home renovation projects across the Denver metro. Tim Overhultz has led every project for 17 years. If you're ready to get a real number from a contractor who shows up and follows through, call (720) 819-5919.
Tim and his crew work across Jefferson and Adams counties, taking on projects of every scale, from a single flooring replacement to a full basement build-out with plumbing, electrical, and drywall. The work is done right the first time because Tim is on the job, not managing from an office. Upfront pricing before any work begins. Zero hidden fees when it's done.
Remodel Pro is built on the same values Tim carried in the military: accountability, follow-through, and respect for the space. That means your home gets protected during the job, the schedule is communicated clearly, and you're not left wondering what comes next.

What We Do
Services for Every Room in the House
One contractor, one point of contact, from first estimate to final walkthrough.
Bathroom Remodeling
Full bathroom renovations, custom tile showers, vanity replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, and complete layout changes. One of Tim's most-requested services across Arvada and Westminster.
Kitchen Remodeling

Garage Remodeling
Flooring, storage, insulation, and full garage conversions. If your garage is doing nothing useful, Tim can change that.
General Home Remodeling
Multi-room projects, whole-home renovations, and anything that doesn't fit a single category. Tim has handled beam installs, mudroom builds, concrete work, and hail damage repairs. If it's your home, he'll figure it out.
Exterior Remodeling
Exterior renovation work including custom deck building and patio construction. Tim works with material suppliers he trusts to get the job done without the wait.
