Who We Are and How We Work
Remodel Pro Colorado is a veteran-owned remodeling company based in Arvada, Colorado, dedicated to helping homeowners reimagine their spaces without the runaround. Tim Overhultz founded and leads every project. Not a rotating crew of subcontractors you've never met, but a consistent team that shows up, communicates, and finishes the job.
Backed by over 17 years of remodeling experience across the Denver metro, Tim has handled everything from bathroom remodels and kitchen renovations to full basement finishing and garage conversions. The work spans rooms, but the approach stays the same: honest upfront pricing, zero hidden fees, and a finished space that actually works for the people living in it.
