Remodel Pro Colorado

Remodeling Services Across the Denver Metro

From a full bathroom remodel to a finished basement or a new tile installation, Remodel Pro Colorado handles residential remodeling across Arvada and the surrounding Denver metro. Every project gets the same treatment: honest scope, upfront pricing before work starts, and no hidden fees when the bill arrives. Tim Overhultz has been doing this in Jefferson County for 17 years, not a franchise, not a call center, just a veteran-owned crew that shows up and finishes the job.

Kitchen Remodeling

A kitchen remodel is the highest-value project most homeowners undertake, and the details matter. Tim coordinates the full scope, from pulling permits to final fixture install, so you're not managing five subcontractors at once. See the full scope on the kitchen remodeling page.

Bathroom Remodeling

Bathroom remodeling is the most-requested residential renovation in Colorado, and it's where Remodel Pro Colorado does some of its strongest work. Walk-in showers with custom tile, double vanity installs, freestanding tubs, herringbone surrounds. The bathroom remodeling page covers what's possible.

Basement Remodeling

Home office, guest suite, wet bar, entertainment room, whatever the finished basement needs to do, Tim handles plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry as one coordinated job. No handing off to a list of strangers. The basement remodeling page explains the full scope, and the Denver basement renovation example shows a completed project.

Interior, Exterior, Tile, and Garage

Interior work covers lighting, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and wall finishes across every room. Tile installation spans bathroom floors, shower surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and entryway patterns. Garage remodeling adds usable, finished space without the cost of an addition. Exterior remodeling covers what Tim confirmed. Call to discuss your specific project.
